Categories help to keep your feedback organized in a way that makes most sense for you.
When you create a new project, it will come with default categories that match the widget template that you've chosen. However, it's really easy to change categories at any time.
To add/edit the categories in your project, simply visit your Project Settings.
From here you can click an existing category to rename it, or click the plus icon to add a new one.
You can add up to 20 categories per project.
Add categories to the feedback form
Based on the type of feedback you're collecting, you may decide to let people choose a category when reporting feedback.
For example, as a software company, you may decide to let users categorize their feedback as either bugs, improvements, or questions.
To do this, simply turn on the category field in the "Feedback Form" section of your Widget Settings.
Add categories feedback and designs
You can also add categories to the feedback already captured in your account.
Simply view go to the Feedback Viewer, visit the "Session Info" panel, and add a category.
Remove categories from feedback
When a feedback has a category already assigned. To remove it, simply open the categories from the Session Info tab within the feedback and deselect the categories you would like to remove.
You can then select the new categories from the dame drop down
