The final feedback form collects additional information from reporters such as ratings, comments, name, email and attachments and even allows reports to set a priority or assign feedback to a user.

Whilst it cannot be completely removed from the feedback process, it can be customized to remove unwanted fields.


Go to Settings

Select the Widget menu

Expand the Feedback Type Card

Toggle on and off any form fields you do not want to display
