Everyone manages feedback differently.

For some, new feedback coming in is a free-for-all with everyone jumping on it and assigning it to themselves as needed. For others, it's important to have a structured process whereby new feedback is received and assigned by default to a particular team member for review and triage.

To add a default assignee for new feedback, select the Project you would like to set up and click the settings cog.

Once you're in Settings, scroll to the Default Assignee option and select the user you would like to assign all new feedback to when it is received.

Once you have selected your Default Assignee, just click save.

You may also like to configure their notifications to ensure they don't miss any new feedback being assigned to them.
