Projects are a fantastic way to collect and organize feedback from different pages that you manage.

The most basic example of using a project is a designer with multiple clients. Each client has a project and all the feedback from those clients is collected into their own projects for the designer.

The exciting thing about projects is the ability to have users install the browser extension and you control which pages show Userback.

Let’s say you’ve created two versions of a page and you’d like to collect feedback from two user groups.

Create two projects and add each page you’re testing to its respective project. Send the pages to your team or client and as they provide feedback on each page, the feedback will be collected to the projects you’ve setup.

That’s the great thing about projects and Userback there are so many ways to use them to increase productivity.
