Once you have enabled user identification via our JS API or Widget JS Snippet you'll be able to view all feedback submitted by individual users within your database. This allows you to gain a better understanding of your individual users' feedback, target specific users with personalised messaging and advertisement, prioritise high-profile users, track user activity and see trends amongst different subtypes of users.

Viewing User Data from Inbox view
Select the User Data menu from the right, click the options button and select View User Details.

Select the details tab and select the User ID of the user.

Once you have selected the User ID you will get an overview of all the feedback that the user has submitted and any user properties you have specified in your code.
