Report a Bug for Userback

At Userback, we know that any kind of bug can be frustrating, no matter how big or small they seem. That's why we take every report seriously, from the tiniest glitch to the most critical issue. This guide will help you submit a clear, effective bug report so we can get it fixed as soon as possible.

Where to report a bug in Userback

Select the "Help" menu and choose "Report a bug" whilst logged into Userback.

Provide as much detail as possible, including an introduction to the situation, the steps to reproduce the issue, and any error messages that appear. Screenshots, videos, and any other additional information that can help the Userback team understand the issue.

  • Introduction: Describe the issue you're experiencing. For example, "When I try to add a new user to a project, I receive an error message."

  • Steps to reproduce: Provide a detailed description of how to reproduce the issue. This should include any specific actions taken before the issue occurred.

  • Expected vs Actual Results: Describe what should have happened and what actually happened, including any error messages or unexpected behavior

Sharing your bug report

Once you have completed the report, submit it to the Userback team. The report will be reviewed by a member of the team, who will investigate the issue and work to resolve it.

You can check the status of your report with the link you've received for your feedback in your email. Once the issue is resolved, you will receive an update from the Userback team.

We prioritize addressing all reported bugs immediately with a touch of empathy. We work fast and hard, but every issue is unique, so it may take time to fix.
