Userback loves to hear from our users about what features would make their experience even better! If you've got an idea for something you'd like to see in Userback, we're all ears.
Simply follow the steps outlined below to create a well-crafted feature request that has a higher chance of being noticed, understood, and brought to life.
1. Go to the Userback Feedback Portal
To make a suggestion, select the "Help" menu and choose "Have an idea" whilst logged into Userback, or click here.

2. Search for similar ideas
Take a look at the existing suggestions to see if someone has already submitted an idea similar to yours. If you find what you're looking for, you can add your vote and join the conversation.
3. Write a great suggestion
If you can't find what you're looking for, create a new suggestion. Be as detailed as possible, and include an introduction to the situation, your suggestion, and a specific example that you've recently encountered. If you have a sample, screenshot, or video to demonstrate your idea, that's even better!
A well-written suggestion has three parts: an introduction, your suggestion, and an example or use-case. Make sure to include as much detail as possible so other Userback users can understand and vote for your idea.
-
Introduction: "As a Userback user, I'd like to have more control over notifications. I would like the ability to customize notifications based on feedback status."
-
Suggestion: "To accomplish this, I suggest Userback adds a feature that enables users to set up notification preferences for specific feedback statuses. For instance, users could choose to be notified only for [Urgent] or [Needs Review] feedback."
-
Example: "My Product Manager, for example, could choose to be notified only for [Urgent] feedback. With this feature, they would receive an email as soon as feedback is marked as [Urgent], allowing them to prioritize their work and address issues.
Will Userback build your suggestion?
Every suggestion that's submitted to the Feedback Portal is reviewed by a member of our product team. While the number of votes and support a suggestion has is a factor in our roadmap, it's not the sole decision point.
Our product team meets regularly to determine what to build next, and consider factors such as the number of customers asking for a feature, the amount of time it will take to build, and the impact on the overall Userback experience.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to make Userback the best it can be.
If you have an idea you'd like to discuss with the Userback team, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@userback.io. We are always happy to hear from our community.
