Using Userback with Intercom

If you use Intercom Messenger, follow the instructions below to have Userback trigger a Live Chat window on your website or app.

Just ensure you've installed the Intercom Widget code on the same page as the Userback Widget code before following these instructions.

Open a Live Chat window in Intercom

1. Navigate to Widget Settings.

2. Enable and Expand Custom Link.

3. Paste the following code into the URL input.

   javascript:Intercom('show');

4. Click Save and Exit and you're finished!
