If you use Intercom Messenger, you can follow the instructions below to have Userback trigger a Live Chat window on your website or app.
Just make sure you've installed the Intercom Widget code on the same page as the Userback Widget code before following these instructions.
Open a Live Chat window in Intercom
Navigate to Projects > Widget Settings.
Expand Feedback Type.
Enable "Contact us link", and you'll see a text input appear.
Paste the following code into the text input.
