When to use a filter
Native integrations send feedback to one destination per site. A filter in Zapier lets you add rules, so a Zap only continues when feedback matches a condition. For example, send bug reports to your developers' Jira project and feature requests to your product manager's tool.
You'll need Userback connected to Zapier first. See Connect Userback to Zapier.
Build a filtered Zap
This example sends only bug reports to Jira.
In Zapier, create a Zap with the Userback New Feedback trigger.
Add a Filter by Zapier step and set it to: Only continue if Feedback Type (Text) Exactly matches
Bug Report.Add a Jira Software Cloud action with the event Create Issue. Connect your Jira account and choose the project, issue type and assignee.
Test the Zap and check the issue has the details you need.
Publish the Zap and turn it on.
