When feedback is submitted either by your feedback widget or public feedback portal, it will not always be made public for users to vote on.

This could be because of your moderation settings. Or because feedback was submitted as a bug and after review, the bug is actually a new feature idea.

All feedback submitted to Userback can be pushed to the public portal for other users to vote and collaborate.

There are two ways to push feedback to the portal.

Publish feedback via the options button on an individual feedback

Or, change the feedback type to Feature Request first. Then, change the Portal Visibility to Yes.

To change the feedback type, select a feedback and load it full screen. Select the Details tab and change the Feedback type to Feature Request.

The feedback will now displayed on the portal where you will be able to add further comments or edit the original comment if required.

It is recommended that you reply to the user and advise them that you will be pushing their idea to the portal for other users to vote and add further comments.
