Connected Apps and OAuth Connections

Written by Jon

How to see which third-party apps and OAuth clients have access to your Userback workspace, and how to revoke access.

Connected Apps

Go to Workspace Settings > Connected Apps to see third-party apps connected to your workspace, such as Jira or ClickUp. Each card shows who connected it, when, and how many Sites use it.

To manage a connected app, click the ellipsis icon at the top right of its card. From there you can:

  • Reconnect the app if its connection has expired or errored.

  • Rename the connection.

  • Delete the connection, removing its access to your workspace.

OAuth Connections

Go to Workspace Settings > OAuth Connections to see inbound OAuth clients that have been granted access to your workspace, such as Claude Code, VS Code, or Cursor connecting through the Userback MCP server. This table shows the owner, connection type, scopes, when it was connected and last used, and its status.

Click the delete icon next to a connection to revoke its access immediately.

For details about connecting Userback MCP see the Userback MCP docs.
