Save time and streamline communication with reply templates. Easily create and manage reusable responses to reduce repetitive tasks. You can add multiple templates to the same email and customize the message as needed for a more personal touch. Templates can be used anywhere with a comment box, including portals, feedback viewer, and the inbox.


How to create a new template

  1. In the comment box, select the template icon to open the template modal.

  2. Click on the cog in the template modal.

  3. Reply Template Settings will now open.

  4. Click New Template.

  5. Select who has access to the new template, enter a template name and the Template Content.

  6. Preview the template and when you are happy with how it looks select 'Create new template' to save.

To further customize your template, take advantage of the template variables located at the bottom of the template content. Simply click on a variable to insert it. When using the survey option, all the surveys in your Userback Account will be displayed, allowing you to easily select the correct one.


How to edit your templates

  1. In the comment box, select the template icon to open the template modal.

  2. Click on the cog in the template modal to open the Reply Template Settings.

  3. Select the Template you want to edit and make the changes to access, template name, and template content.

  4. Preview the template and when you are happy with how it looks select 'Save Template'.


How to use your templates

  1. In the comment box, select the template icon to open the template modal.

  2. Search for your template and select. This will enter your template into the comment box.

  3. Add any additional information and select who you are sending the reply to via the bell icon.

  4. When you're ready press send.
