Invite teammates to your Userback workspace, assign their role, and remove people who've left, all from one place.
Workspace members are different from the people you collect feedback from. Members are your internal team and count toward your seat limit. For the separate, per-site "All comments" versus "Internal notes only" visibility setting, see the Site Settings Members tab in your site's settings.
Invite a Member
Go to Workspace Settings > Members.
Click + Invite.
Enter the person's email address, choose their role, and accessible sites.
Send the invite. They'll appear under the Pending filter tab until they accept.
Manage Existing Members
The Members page lists everyone on your workspace with their email, role, last login, and site access. Use the All, Active, Pending, and Deactivated tabs to filter the list, or the search icon to find someone by name or email.
To deactivate or remove a member, click the ellipsis icon at the end of their row and choose the action.
Deactivating a member restricts their access but keeps their data and feedback history intact.
Removing a member deletes them from the workspace permanently. They'd need a new invite to rejoin.
Only Account Owners and Admins can change a member's role or deactivate/remove another member
Roles
Userback uses three workspace-level roles, Admin, Collaborator, and Guest, on top of a separate Account Owner designation. For what each can do, see User Roles and Permissions Reference.
