Userback connects to ChatGPT via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), letting you and your team query and manage feedback directly from ChatGPT.
Who can do this? You must be a workspace admin or owner on a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise/Education plan. Once set up, you can publish the app for everyone in your workspace.

Before you start
You'll need your Userback OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret. If you don't have these, contact support@userback.io.
Step 1 — Enable Developer Mode
In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps → Advanced Settings.
Toggle on Developer Mode.
Step 2 — Create the Userback app
Click Create App.
Enter the following:
Name:
UserbackMCP Server URL:
https://mcp.userback.io/v1/mcp/
Click Advanced Settings.
Set Registration Method to User Defined OAuth Client.
Enter the credentials provided to you by Userback:
OAuth Client ID: (provided by Userback)
OAuth Client Secret: (provided by Userback)
Save the app.
Step 3 — Publish to your workspace
Go to Settings → Apps → Drafts.
Find Userback and click the ellipsis menu (...).
Select Publish.
Your team members can now find and enable Userback under their own Settings → Apps.
