Userback connects to ChatGPT as an app in the ChatGPT store, using Userback MCP. You sign in with your Userback account. No API keys, client IDs or secrets are needed.

Userback MCP is available on all Userback plans.

On the ChatGPT side, which apps you can use depends on your ChatGPT plan and region. On a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, an admin must enable Userback for the workspace before members can connect it. If Userback shows as disabled, ask your ChatGPT workspace admin.

- Userback MCP is available on all Userback plans.

Open the <a href="https://chatgpt.com/apps/userback/asdk_app_69a7ae128414819195bbbadb09dd3b14" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Userback app in the ChatGPT store</a> and click Connect.

Review the permissions and click Approve.

In a ChatGPT conversation, select Userback from the More menu and ask a question about your feedback.

1. Open the <a href="https://chatgpt.com/apps/userback/asdk_app_69a7ae128414819195bbbadb09dd3b14" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Userback app in the ChatGPT store</a> and click Connect.
2. Sign in to your Userback workspace.
3. Review the permissions and click Approve.
4. In a ChatGPT conversation, select Userback from the More menu and ask a question about your feedback.

Do I need an OAuth Client ID and Secret?

No. Connect from the ChatGPT store and sign in with your Userback account.

How do I disconnect ChatGPT from Userback?

In ChatGPT, go to Settings &gt; Apps and disconnect Userback. You can also revoke it from the Userback side under Workspace Settings &gt; OAuth Connections.
