Userback connects to ChatGPT via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), letting you and your team query and manage feedback directly from ChatGPT.
Who can do this? You must be a workspace admin or owner on a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise/Education plan. Once set up, you can publish the app for everyone in your workspace.
How to Connect
Find the Userback App in the ChatGPT Store and click Connect.
Sign in to your Userback workspace.
Review the permissions and click Approve.
In ChatGPT, select Userback from the More menu to start querying your Userback data.
What You Can Do
