Userback connects to Claude through the Claude directory, using Userback MCP. It's available on all Userback plans, and you sign in with your Userback account. No API keys, client IDs or secrets are needed. Once connected, Claude can read your feedback and, with your approval, update it.

Connect in Claude
This works for Claude on the web and in the Claude desktop app.
Go to claude.ai/directory/userback, or search for Userback in Claude's connector directory.
Click Connect to Claude.
Sign in to Userback if prompted, review the permissions, and click Approve.
Userback is now available in your Claude conversations. Ask something like "What are the top themes in this week's Userback feedback?" to check it's working.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an organization owner must enable the Userback connector in Claude before members can connect it. If you don't see the option, ask your Claude owner.
Connect Claude Code
In your terminal, run:
claude mcp add Userback https://mcp.userback.io/v1/mcp/ -t http -s user
Then complete the Userback sign-in that opens in your browser.
Troubleshooting
Do I need an OAuth Client ID and Secret?
No. These were only needed for the older custom-connector setup. Connect from the Claude directory instead.
Claude keeps asking me to reauthorize
Disconnect Userback in Claude's connector settings and connect it again from the directory. If it keeps happening, contact support@userback.io and tell us which Claude app you're using.
How do I disconnect Claude from Userback?
Disconnect it in Claude's connector settings, or revoke it from the Userback side under Workspace Settings > OAuth Connections.
