Before you install anything or invite your team, you can click around a fully populated sample account. This is the fastest way to see what Userback looks like with real feedback, sites, and data already in it.
Open the Demo Site
Click the Site switcher at the top of the left sidebar. It shows your current site's name.
At the bottom of the panel, click View demo site.
Userback switches your account into a sample Demo Site loaded with example feedback and data.
What you'll see
A banner across the top of the main content area confirms you're viewing the Demo Site and that everything below it is sample data. It's informational only.
Next to View demo site is a trash/bin icon which can be used to remove the demo site from your workspace. If removed, it can always be re-added via the Site switcher.
What you can do
Get an understanding of how Userback works by viewing example feedback that looks like genuine feedback.
Review survey data and watch mock session replays.
Make changes to a feedback widget and survey questions without making any changes to your live site feedback widget.
See the AI features in action such as generating themes from the AI data.
Add comments, assign feedback and set priority to better understand what your workflow might look like with real feedback data.
Note: Some features such as email notifications and integrations are not supported on the demo site.
Leave the Demo Site
Open the Site switcher again and select your own site (or Manage sites if you have more than one) to go back to your real data.
