What it does
Generate Auto Response looks at feedback similar to the item you're viewing and drafts a suggested reply from it, so you're not starting from a blank comment box for something you've likely answered before. It works best on common, recurring feedback where you already have a history of similar items and replies.
How to trigger it
Open a feedback item's detail view.
Click the ··· (overflow) menu.
Select Generate Auto Response.
This opens the Auto Response modal.
What happens next
The modal reports a related-feedback count and generates a draft from it, or explains why it can't:
Enough related feedback: Userback generates a suggested reply which can be edited before sending to the reporter.
Not enough related feedback: There isn't enough related feedback to generate an auto response. In this case, no draft is produced. Reply manually, using the regular comment box and the AI-assisted reply drafting options if you want help with spelling, grammar, or clarity instead.
Close the modal with the X in the top-right corner, or the Close button. Both do the same thing.
