From the All Feedback board, click AI Themes on the top right. The first time you click it, the Themes panel will open. Click the Generate Themes button.

Once Userback has completed analyzing your feedback, a list of Themes will be shown which can be individually clicked to open the detail of that theme.

A minimum of 10 feedback items needed before initial themes are generated.

Analysis limited to the most recent 500 feedback items.

Theme Details has its own ··· menu allowing you to archive the theme. Use this option if you have successfully managed/implemented the theme or the theme is not relevant to your project.

Any Theme can be exported directly to Jira. Each export includes the Theme overview, feedback titles, and links to the individual feedback items, so your development team has everything they need to act on it without leaving their own workflow.

The themes list (not an individual theme) has its own ··· menu with two options: Show archived themes and Refresh. It will also show a "last Updated" timestamp so you know when the themes were last generated, saving you from needing to refresh regularly. ​ ​Show archived themes will display a list of all previously archived themes for the Site. Each archived theme can be clicked and restored using the ··· menu.
