What is AI Assist?
AI Assist uses artificial intelligence to automatically process and organize feedback, helping you gain valuable insights faster. Here's what AI Assist can do:
Feedback Type: Automatically categorize feedback as a Bug, Idea, or General Inquiry to streamline your workflow.
Feedback Title: Generate clear, concise titles based on your users' descriptions, making it easier to understand issues at a glance.
User Sentiment: Instantly assess whether your users feel happy, frustrated, or neutral, helping you prioritize feedback that needs attention.
Awaiting Response: AI Assist automatically detects whether a user expects a reply, saving your team time by triaging feedback for you.

How to Enable and Customize AI Assist
Follow these simple steps to get started with AI Assist:
Navigate to your project and click 'Edit Widget'.
Under 'Feedback Types', toggle AI Assist on, Save and Exit.
Go to Project Settings to configure AI Assist further.
Open the 'AI Assist' tab.
Toggle on the AI Assist components you want to enable — Feedback Type, Title, Sentiment, or Awaiting Response.
Once enabled, AI Assist will automatically process incoming feedback, displaying insights directly in the Feedback Viewer.
