How to set a light, dark, or browser-default theme for the app, widget, surveys, and portal, each independently.
Userback's theme isn't one global switch. You set it separately per surface.
Main app: Open My Profile and choose Light, Dark, or Browser Default under UI Theme.
Feedback widget: Set this in Widget > Design > Appearance, under the widget's own UI Theme setting.
Surveys: Set this in the survey builder's Design > Appearance tab.
Ideas Portal: Set this in Portal Settings > Branding, under UI Theme.
Because each surface has its own setting, changing your personal app theme in My Profile doesn't change what your end users see in the widget, a survey, or the portal.
