Add custom branding to your emails, feedback viewer, and company details. Customize the sender name, colors, and logo shown in your emails, plus your own app logo and favicon.
Update your branding
Go to Workspace Settings > Branding. From there you can:
Set a Sender Name, brand Color, and Email Header image (28px height recommended) for your outgoing emails.
Check Hide "Powered by Userback" to remove it from all emails. This option requires a paid plan.
Upload an App Logo (28px height recommended), and optionally a Dark Mode App Logo, for the widget and app.
Upload a Favicon (16 x 16 pixels recommended).
Click Save Settings.
The Email Preview and Feedback Preview panels on the right update live as you make changes.
You can also add your logo directly to the feedback widget through the widget's own design settings, separate from this page.
Removing the Powered by Userback mark
The Hide Powered by Userback checkbox in Workspace Settings only covers emails. The feedback widget has its own setting in the widget's design settings, and the Ideas Portal has its own Branding tab in Portal Settings with its own Powered by option, logo, and theme color.
Please note: notification emails will still send from a Userback address rather than your own domain.
