How to update your name, photo, job role, and display theme from your personal profile.
This covers your individual account settings. For settings that apply to the whole workspace, see Manage Your Workspace Settings. For notification preferences, which live on a separate panel reached from the Inbox, see Manage Your Notification Settings.
Update your profile
Open My Profile from the account menu.
Update your Email, Password, Full Name and Job role.
Choose a UI Theme: Light, Dark, or Browser Default.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your own account if you want it on top of, or instead of, the workspace-wide toggle.
Click Save Changes.
AI Tone
The AI Tone section lets you personalize how AI drafts replies for your workflow. Click the settings icon next to it to configure it.
Connected OAuth Apps
This section shows how many third-party OAuth apps are connected to your personal account. This is separate from the workspace-wide OAuth Connections table in Workspace Settings, which tracks connections at the account level rather than the individual level.
