Site Settings holds the details that belong to a site as a whole. Settings for how feedback is collected and handled, like the widget, workflow statuses, and automations, are in Feedback > Settings instead. See Configure Your Feedback Settings.

Open Site Settings

  1. Go to the Sites page.

  2. Click the ... menu on the site's card.

  3. Select Site Settings

General

  • Site Name: the name shown on the Sites page and in the Site switcher.

  • Site Key: a short identifier for the site, up to 10 characters.

  • Description: optional context about the site, up to 1,000 characters.

  • Upload Logo: the image shown on the site's card and in the Site switcher.

Click Save when you're done.

Domains

Userback only runs on pages that match one of the site's domains.

  1. Go to the Domains tab.

  2. Enter each URL where the widget and surveys should run. Click + Add domain for each extra domain.

  3. To remove a domain, click the remove icon next to it.

  4. Click Save.

The domain must match your site's URL exactly. For example, www.example.com and example.com are different domains. Use https://localhost for local testing, or a wildcard like *.example.com to cover every subdomain. See Managing Domains for more.

Members

The Members tab lists everyone in your workspace, with their role.

  • Added: turn this on or off to control whether the member works on this site.

  • Permission dropdown: choose All comments or Internal notes only. The change saves automatically. See Set Per-Site Member Permissions.

  • + Invite new members: invite someone new to the workspace. If your workspace uses single sign-on (SSO), you'll see a message to add new members through your IT team instead.

Roles such as Administrator and Collaborator are set for the whole workspace, not per site. See Inviting and Managing Your Team Members.
