Learn how to install the Userback widget on your website, web app or native mobile app so you can start collecting visual feedback, launching surveys, and understanding your users, all in just a few minutes.
Before You Start
Our recommended installation is with the JavaScript package including user data. This method helps you identify logged-in users, making it easier to manage feedback and track who it came from.
If you prefer not to include user data, in cases where your users don’t log in, you can choose the “For website visitors without logins” option instead from the Install Userback page.
If you need a different installation method, for example, installing via NPM, React, or another framework, please visit our Developer Docs for detailed setup guides.
