1. Connect a Userback Project to a Linear Project
Click Connect in your project. Find Linear in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Linear.
2. Configure your integration settings
2a. Configure your integration settings for Linear. Choose the Team, Project, and, if required, a Default assignee in Linear.
2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Linear (and closed/resolved if preferred). Filter it by Feedback type too!
2c. Select which statuses and new comments should be synced between Userback and Linear (if any).
3. Test your integration
Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Linear. Make sure it goes into the proper Workspace, Team and Project.
