When you connect Notion, feedback from your site is added as a new entry in the Notion database you choose. You can send feedback automatically by feedback type, or one item at a time. This is a 1-way integration: edits in Notion stay in Notion.

You need a Notion database (a table, board or list database, not a plain page). See Notion's <a href="https://www.notion.so/help/intro-to-databases" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">intro to databases</a> if you haven't set one up.

Go to Feedback &gt; Settings &gt; Integrations.

Scroll to the Notion card and click Connect.

Sign in to Notion. When Notion asks which pages to share, include the database you want feedback added to, then approve access.

Choose when feedback is sent: Manually, Automatically, or Automatically and Resolve in Userback. For the automatic options, pick which feedback types to include.

Click Test. A test entry appears in the database. Check it, then delete it.

1. Go to Feedback &gt; Settings &gt; Integrations. 
2. Scroll to the Notion card and click Connect. 
3. Sign in to Notion. When Notion asks which pages to share, include the database you want feedback added to, then approve access. 
4. Choose your Notion Database. 
5. Choose when feedback is sent: Manually, Automatically, or Automatically and Resolve in Userback. For the automatic options, pick which feedback types to include. 
6. Click Test. A test entry appears in the database. Check it, then delete it.

If you chose Manually, open a feedback item (or its notification in your Inbox), click Send to Notion, and click Send.

My database doesn't appear in the list

Notion only shows Userback the pages you shared during sign-in. Go to Workspace Settings &gt; Connected Apps, reconnect Notion, and select the database when Notion asks which pages to share. Also check it's a database, not a regular page.

How do I change my Notion settings?

Go to Feedback &gt; Settings &gt; Integrations, open Notion, and update the database or send mode.

How do I reconnect or remove Notion?

Go to Workspace Settings &gt; Connected Apps. From there you can reconnect, rename or delete the connection.
