Notion is the all-in-one workspace that combines notes, docs, project management, and wikis β€” and makes them all customizable.

Push feedback and product ideas to Notion automatically by feedback type, or use the Send to Notion button inside the Feedback viewer in Userback.

1. Connect a Userback Project to a Notion Database

Click Connect in your project. Find Notion in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Notion.

2. Configure your integration settings

2a. Configure your integration settings for Notion. Choose your Notion Database; if there's no Database available, make sure the Notion account you're linking has one setup. Read about Notion Databases here.

2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Notion; you can filter it by Feedback type too!

3. Test your integration

Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Notion. Make sure it goes into the correct Database.

Once confirmed, congratulations, you're finished! πŸŽ‰
