Using Userback with Zendesk Chat

Zendesk Chat is a live chat dashboard that provides a fast and responsive way to connect with customers in real-time. You can have the Userback widget trigger a live chat via Zendesk on your website by following the simple instructions below.



Open a Zendesk Chat

1. Go to your Project and open the Widget Tab

2. Click Edit Widget

3. Toggle on the 'Custom Link'

4. Copy and paste this code into the field


5. Click Save & Exit
