Every survey shows a status badge on its Overview tab, either Activate or Deactivated.
Click the badge to change the activated state and open the relevant modal (Activate or deactivate).
Activate a survey
Click the status badge on the survey's Overview tab. This opens the Activate survey modal.
Choose Activate now or Schedule for later (with the same date and time fields).
Optionally check Set a date to stop collecting responses (unchecked by default) if you want the survey to deactivate itself automatically on a set date.
Click Confirm, or Cancel to back out.
A "Survey activated" confirmation appears at the bottom left of the screen once you confirm.
Deactivate a survey
Click the status badge on the survey's Overview tab. This opens the Deactivate survey form.
Choose Deactivate now to turn it off immediately, or Schedule for later to reveal a date field and a time field and set a future deactivation.
Click Confirm, or Cancel to back out without changes.
A "Survey deactivated" confirmation appears at the bottom left of the screen once you confirm.
