Understanding survey results is crucial for making informed decisions about your business. Analyzing responses helps identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement, fostering better products and services tailored to your user's needs. Userback makes it simple and easy to understand your survey results, providing useful practical insights.

The Overview Tab

The Overview tab serves as a centralized hub presenting a summary of the results from your active survey. Within this section, you'll find a detailed summary of all feedback collected for the project, allowing you to analyze it efficiently and effectively.

The Overview page will display results tailored to the types of questions included in your survey and also display key metrics such as the total number of responses (completed surveys) and impressions (views by users), which can be filtered by time, ranging from Today to the last 90 days.

The Responses Tab

All your survey responses and user details can be individually viewed in the Responses Tab within your survey project. Clicking on a response will allow you to view the user's response in full and any session information captured.

Additionally, by clicking on the user's name within the response row, you can delve deeper into their profile, where you'll find valuable insights such as their session details, NPS for your product, and a comprehensive history of all their submitted feedback, survey responses, and session interactions. This holistic view empowers you to better understand your users and tailor your strategies to meet their needs effectively.

Exporting your Results

Exporting your survey results is effortless! Simply go to the Responses tab and click the Export button. Your data will automatically download in .csv format. This enables you to access and analyze it however you prefer, whether it's for generating detailed reports, conducting further analysis, or integrating the data into other tools or systems within your organization.
