Where results live
A survey's Overview tab (not the User Profile's Overview tab, covered below) shows a summary of your active survey's results: total responses, impressions, overview of responses for each question represented by graphs or text and for NPS surveys, the score itself with a breakdown of detractors, passives, and promoters.
For individual user responses, go to the survey's Responses tab.
Filter and search responses
On the Responses tab, use the Search field to find a specific response, or narrow the list with the filter dropdowns: All time, Segment, User Property, or Question.
Open a single response
Click any response to open its detail panel, which has its own Response tab (the answers given) and Session tab (the session the response came from).
Click the respondent's name to open their full User Profile panel, with its own Overview, Feedback, Survey, and Session tabs covering everything else known about that user, not just this one response.
Export your data
Click Export on the Responses tab to download the current view as a CSV file for further analysis outside Userback.
