The Overview Tab

The Overview tab provides a centralized summary of the results from your active survey, showing all collected feedback for the project. It includes key metrics such as the total number of responses (completed surveys) and impressions (user views), which can be filtered by time.

The Responses Tab

You can view all survey responses and user details individually in the Responses Tab of your survey project. Clicking on a response shows the full user feedback and any captured session information. By clicking on the user's name, you can access their profile, which includes session details, their NPS for your product, and a complete history of all their feedback, survey responses, and interactions.

Exporting your Results

Exporting your survey results is easy! Just go to the Responses tab and click the Export button to download your data in .csv format. This allows you to generate reports, conduct further analysis, or integrate the data into other tools or systems within your organization.

A: While direct customization of content on the Overview Tab isn't available, its display adapts based on your configured questions. For instance, in an NSP survey, you'll find the NPS score prominently displayed, along with a breakdown of detractors, passives, and promoters. Additionally, any subsequent questions related to NPS will be displayed below, allowing you to review the responses conveniently
