By default, the widget shows a generic "Thank you!" screen once someone submits feedback. You can change its icon, heading, and message to match your brand's voice, or to set expectations about what happens next.
Edit the success screen
Go to Feedback > Settings > Widget > Design > Form > Success.
Choose an icon from the icon picker, or check Do not use an icon to leave it off entirely.
Edit the Heading field, for example "Thanks for the feedback!"
Edit the Message field with a sentence or two of detail, for example what happens next or how long a response typically takes.
Check the live preview on the page to see the result before saving.
Both the Heading and Message fields have a small variable-insert icon next to them, allowing you drop in a piece of dynamic text (like the reporter's name) rather than only static copy.
