The Ideas Portal is a public page where your customers suggest features, vote on each other's ideas, see your roadmap, and read your product announcements. Each site can have one Ideas Portal.
What's in the Ideas Portal
Ideas: Customers submit feature requests and vote on what matters most to them. You decide what becomes public, using moderation.
Roadmap: Shows where ideas stand, from open to in progress to shipped, so customers see what's happening with their requests. See Create a Public Roadmap.
Announcements: Tell customers about new features and changes. See Portal Announcements.
You can turn each of these on or off in Portal Settings.
How customers reach it
Share the portal URL in emails, release notes, or your community. Every portal has its own address, for example
yourcompany.ideas.userback.io.
Link to it from a button or menu item in your website or app.
Show it inside the Userback widget. Turn on the Ideas Portal component in Feedback > Settings > Widget > Design > Components, and choose whether it opens inside the widget, redirects the page, or opens in a new tab. You can do the same for Roadmap and Announcements. See Create and Edit Your Feedback Widget.
Showing the portal in the widget reaches customers while they're using your product. Sharing the URL works better for customers you reach through other channels.
