Connect Userback to Zendesk

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Integrations

  3. Click the ellipsis menu and Select Connect

  4. Enter your Zendesk Support Host and Click Next

To connect your Zendesk account head to the integrations menu and select the project that you're integrating from the top project menu.

Head to the Zendesk tile and click Activate

The next step is to specify your Zendesk Support Host.

When you're ready, hit the Next button and follow the prompts to allow Userback to access your Zendesk account.

Once saved, you can test your integration and send test feedback to your Zendesk account by clicking the Test button.

You'll also have the option to send feedback automatically when it is received in Userback or push feedback as required.
