1. Connect a Userback Project to Zendesk
Open Integrations inside your project settings, Find Zendesk in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Zendesk, including entering your Zendesk Support Host URL.
2. Configure your integration settings
2a. Configure your integration settings for Zendesk. Confirm your Zendesk Host Connection; you can also add new connections.
2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Zendesk; you can filter it by Feedback type too!
3. Test your integration
Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Zendesk. Make sure it goes into the proper Space and Project.

Connect Zendesk with Zapier
Use Zapier to connect Userback with Zendesk
Zapier lets you connect Userback to 2,000+ other web services like Zendesk and many more. It's really easy to use and all you need to get started is a Zapier account.
In Zapier, you can make a Zap to create new Zendesk tickets from new Userback feedback.
You can even use this Zap Template to help you get started. Simply click "Use this Zap" and then follow the prompts to connect Userback to your Zendesk account.
Connect Zendesk with email notifications
Create a new user with your Zendesk email address
With this option, all you need to do is create a new user in your Userback account using the same email address that you use with Zendesk.
Then you simply turn on the notification emails for this new user.
Here's how to set it up.
1. Create a new user with the same email address that you use to create new tickets in Zendesk.
2. Log into Userback as the new user and set the notification emails
And that's it! π Now when you receive new feedback from Userback, a notification email will be sent to Zendesk and a new support ticket will be created for your team.
