Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app built for hybrid work so you and your team stay informed, organized, and connected. When Userback and Microsoft Teams are connected, you get notifications in Microsoft Teams with every feedback or bug report from Userback.
1. Connect a Userback Project to a Microsoft Teams
Open Integrations inside your project settings, Find Teams in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Teams.
📘Note: Microsoft Work and School accounts are supported. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported.
2. Configure your integration settings
2a. Configure your integration settings for Teams. Choose the Team and Channel in Teams.
2b. Choose when notifications should be sent to Teams.
3. Test your integration
Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Microsoft Teams. Make sure it goes into the proper Team and Channel.
Once confirmed, congratulations, you're finished! 🎉
