Once connected, each new feedback item on your site is posted as a notification in the Teams channel you choose, so your team sees it without opening Userback.

Use a Microsoft work or school account. Personal Microsoft accounts aren't supported.

Go to Feedback &gt; Settings &gt; Integrations.

On the Teams card, click Connect.

Sign in with your Microsoft work or school account and approve access.

Choose the Team and Channel.

Choose when notifications should be sent.

Click Test. A test notification appears in the channel.

I can't sign in with my Microsoft account

Personal Microsoft accounts (for example, outlook.com or hotmail.com) can't be used. Sign in with the work or school account your Teams organization uses.

Can I get survey responses in Teams too?

Yes. Open the survey, go to its Connect tab, and connect Teams there.

Reconnect Teams from Workspace Settings &gt; Connected Apps if the connection has expired, and check Workspace Settings &gt; Integration Log, filtered by Teams, for the error.
