Connect Userback to Microsoft Teams
Connecting your Userback account to Microsoft Teams is easy!
To connect your Microsoft account head to the integrations menu and select the project that you're integrating from the top project drop down menu.
Note: Microsoft Work and School accounts are supported. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported.
Head to the Microsoft Teams tile and click select the ellipsis menu followed by Connect.
Microsoft will ask you to authorize your account, allow access and type in your credentials.
Once you have authorized your Microsoft account, you'll need to configure the Microsoft Teams integration by selecting a Team and a Channel from the side menu settings
Once saved, you can test your integration and send a test message to your Microsoft Teams channel by opening the integration ellipsis menu and clicking test.
Now that you've connected Userback and Microsoft Teams, simply select when you would like to be notified from the Microsoft Teams panel. You can change this at any time by de-selecting items individually.
Now...go and create some feedback and check it out!
Here's an example of what to expect inside Microsoft Teams once you've connected your Userback account.
