Asana is a web and mobile "work management" platform designed to help teams organize, track, and manage their work. With the Userback and Asana integration, you can collect and manage feedback, bugs, and tasks faster.
Once you connect Userback with Asana, we send annotated screenshots to your Asana projects every time a bug report or feedback is created with Userback. Centralize your feedback and keep designers, developers, and project managers on the same page.
1. Connect a Userback Project to Asana
Click Connect inside your project. Find Asana in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Asana.
2. Configure your integration settings
2a. Configure your integration settings for Asana. Choose the Workspace, Project, and, if required, a Default assignee in Asana.
2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Asana; you can filter it by Feedback type too!
3. Test your integration
Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Asana. Make sure it goes into the proper Workspace and Project.
Once confirmed, congratulations, you're finished! π
