Wrike is an easy-to-use digital work management tool designed to streamline internal project management and facilitate collaboration among team members.

When you connect Userback with Wrike, annotated screenshots are sent as new tasks in Wrike each time a bug report or feedback is generated via Userback. This centralizes your feedback, keeping designers, developers, and project managers aligned.

For more information about Wrike, you can visit their Project Management Guide.

1. Connect a Userback Project to Wrike

Open Integrations inside your project settings, Find Wrike in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Wrike.

2. Configure your integration settings

2a. Configure your integration settings for Wrike. Choose the Space, Folder/Project, and, Importance in Wrike.

2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Wrike; you can filter it by Feedback type too!

3. Test your integration

Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Teamwork. Make sure it goes into the proper Space and Project.

Once confirmed, congratulations, you're finished! πŸŽ‰
