How to hand off ownership of a Userback workspace to a different team member when the current owner is leaving or has left. There's no self-serve "change owner" button in Userback today. Transferring ownership is handled by the Userback support team.
How to transfer ownership
Contact Userback support at support@userback.io and provide the email address of the new owner.
If you're not the current account owner, you may be asked to confirm further information before the change is made.
A member of the support team will update the account owner on the backend.
Support will confirm by reply once the change is made.
The new owner should already be an active member of the workspace before you request the transfer.
Turnaround varies with support's ticket queue, anywhere from under an hour to about a week, so request this as soon as you know a transfer is needed rather than waiting until the last minute.
