How to use Two-Factor Authentication:
Two-Factor Authentication can be enabled either by an individual or by a Workspace Admin for the entire Workspace. Check out both options to choose the one that aligns with your team's security requirements.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication for entire Workspaces:
To enable 2FA for entire Workspaces, navigate to the Workspace Settings page and follow this path: Workspace Settings → General → Enable 2FA.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication for Individuals:
For personal accounts, go to 'My Profile' from the top left drop-down menu. A side modal will open, where you can enable 2FA.
