Azure DevOps is a software development and deployment tool that provides an end-to-end DevOps toolchain. By integrating Userback with Azure DevOps, you can streamline the process of bug reporting and user testing by incorporating annotated screenshots, videos, console logs, and other relevant information.

1. Connect a Userback Project to an Azure DevOps Project

Open Integrations inside your project settings, Find Azure DevOps in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorise Userback & Azure DevOps.

2. Configure your integration settings

2a. Configure your integration settings for Azure DevOps. Choose the Organisation, Project and Work Item Type in Azure DevOps.

2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Notion; you can filter it by Feedback type too!

3. Test your integration

Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Azure DevOps. Make sure it goes into the correct Project.

Once confirmed, congratulations, you're finished! πŸŽ‰
