If you use Azure DevOps to manage bug tracking and other tasks, you'll be glad to know that you can connect Userback to both tools with our Azure DevOps integration.

You can choose which Userback projects to connect to Azure DevOps and manually or automatically push feedback through.

Connecting to Azure DevOps is simple. All you need is your Azure DevOps login details.

Connect Userback to Azure DevOps

Head into Userback and from Project Settings click Integrations. Select the project you would like to connect and from the Azure DevOps panel, click the ellipsis menu and select Connect.

Login or authorize Userback for your Azure DevOps account and click Accept.

Step 3:

If the login details are correct, you'll be able to setup where feedback will be sent in your Azure DevOps account. Specifically select your Organization, Project and Work Item.

Click Complete Setup

Congratulations! Your Azure DevOps connection will now be activated. On the Azure DevOps integrations panel, you can select if you would like to send ALL of your feedback to Jira or manually send specific feedback.

Send feedback to Azure DevOps

If you've selected to manually send feedback to Jira, you'll need to do this from the feedback page.

To send feedback to Azure DevOps:

Click the Feedback menu and select a feedback.

On the top shelf menu, click 'Send to Azure DevOps'

Clicking the Send to Azure DevOps button will load the Azure DevOps options modal, allowing you to complete all of the required fields in your Azure DevOps project. This will ensure your team receive all of the relevant and correct information when the feedback is sent to Azure DevOps.

If you click the View in Azure DevOps button, you'll be taken directly to the issue inside your Azure DevOps account with all of the feedback details including the screenshot and any original comments.
