Manage your Subscription and Billing

This article covers everything you need to know about managing your subscription and updating your billing information.

For Monthly Subscriptions, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime during your billing cycle, with any remaining portion of your billing period automatically credited to your account.

For Annual Subscriptions, you can upgrade to another annual plan at any time, while downgrades will take effect at the end of your yearly subscription term.


Manage Your Subscription

Managing your subscription is easily done from your Billing Page.

If you are on an invoiced bill please contact us at support@userback.io for any Plan changes.

  1. Go to 'Manage Subscription' from the top left drop-down.

  2. Select which of the plan options you want and toggle between monthly or annual billing, then Click Continue

  3. You can now choose any add-ons and once you are happy with your selections and the cost summary Click Update Subscription


Cancel Your Userback Subscription

If you've made the decision to cancel your Userback subscription, you can do so by Deleting Your Workspace.

Update Your Credit Card Details

Easily update your payment details. If you need to remove your credit card completely please contact us at support@userback.io.

  1. Go to 'Manage Subscription' from the top left drop-down.

  2. Click 'Update' next to the Payment Method.

  3. A modal will open, enter your details for the new credit card

  4. Click Update

πŸ“˜Note: Only Premium and Enterprise plans have access to invoiced payments, all other plans require a credit card payment.


Update Workspace Details

Having up-to-date information about your billing and workspace is crucial for managing your Userback account.

How to Update Billing Email and Billing Address

  1. Go to 'Manage Subscription' from the top left drop-down.

  2. Make your changes to your Billing Email and Billing Address then Click save.

How to Update Workspace Name and Contact Number

  1. Go to Workspace Settings from the top left drop-down.

  2. In the 'General' tab, make your changes to your Workspace Name and Contact Number then Click save

Pay by Invoice

To arrange invoiced billing please contact us at support@userback.io.

Please include any add-ons you may need, such as additional Session Replay or Users as this will change the billing cost.

You will then be emailed an itemized invoice which can be paid by BSB and Account Number.

Available on the Premium Plan


Find my invoices

You can view and download all your invoices from the Billing section of your Userback Account.

  1. Go to 'Manage Subscription' from the top left drop-down.

  2. Here you will see your list of invoices, Click on the purple invoice number this will open up the invoice

  3. From here you can Click Print to Save it as a PDF or print a paper version

πŸ“˜Note: We recommend that you download a copy of your invoices, as they won't be available if you ever decide to close your account.


Change the Account Owner

Changing the account owner in Userback is an important process that requires assistance from our Support team. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition.

  1. Contact Support: Email Userback Support at support@userback.io to initiate the process.

  2. Verify Ownership: The current owner must initiate the change. If unavailable, an account administrator can request the next steps.

  3. Provide Information: Supply the new owner's email address, contact details, and any required documentation.

  4. Transfer Ownership: Once verified, Support will complete the transfer and notify both the new and previous owners.
