Step 1: Access the Userback Feedback Portal
Log into Userback and go to the "Help" menu.
Choose "Have an idea" to make a suggestion. Here's a quick link.
Step 2: Search for Existing Ideas
Check if your idea is already listed. If it is, simply vote for it and join the discussion.
Step 3: Craft Your Suggestion
If your idea is new, create a detailed suggestion. Include an introduction, your idea, and a specific example. Attach any samples or screenshots if you have them.
For example:
Introduction: "I want more control over notifications."
Suggestion: "Let users customize notifications based on feedback status."
Example: "My Product Manager should only get emails for 'Urgent' feedback to prioritize work."
Will Your Suggestion Be Built?
