How to Report a Bug in Userback

How to report a problem with Userback itself from the Help & Resources menu, and what to include so the team can fix it fast.

Written by Jon

If something in Userback isn't working the way it should, report it from inside the app. A clear report with steps and a screenshot is the fastest way to get it fixed.

Send a bug report

  1. Click Help & Resources at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Click Give feedback.

  3. Describe the problem, using the checklist below.

  4. Submit your report.

What to include

  • What happened: One or two sentences describing the problem.

  • What you expected: What should have happened instead.

  • Steps to reproduce: The clicks or actions that trigger it, if you can repeat it.

  • A screenshot or recording: Show the problem on screen.

  • Where it happened: The site name and the page or feature you were using.

What happens next

You'll get email updates on your report, including when the issue is resolved. Some bugs take longer to fix than others. If the problem is blocking your work, also contact support so the team knows it's urgent.
