Userback supports Single Sign-On via Work OS.

Integrating Userback with your identity provider will eliminate the need for multiple usernames and passwords, accidental account signups, and most importantly, SSO reduces the risk of security breaches and makes it easier for your team to access Userback.

Userback SSO Requirements

  • SSO is available for customers on the Premium plan.

How SSO works with Userback

  1. Contact us to kick off the process

  2. We'll add you as an organization in Work OS and send you a setup email

  3. Follow the prompts to configure Single Sign-On with Work-OS

  4. Once the setup is completed we'll update your account on our end and let you know when the SSO setup is complete.

Send us a chat or email us at support@userback.io to talk about your account security and feedback needs.

Note: Once SSO has been configured for your account, users will no longer be able to create new Userback accounts with their email address. The domain will be locked to the account with SSO.
