Create your Trigger and Action
In Zapier, search and select Userback as the first app you are connecting and set up a trigger event when 'New Feedback is Created.'
Follow the prompts to connect your Userback account with your API Token.
Add the Action 'Create spreadsheet row in Google Sheets' and sign into your Google account and select a spreadsheet.

Map your Userback fields
Lastly, map all of your Userback fields to each field within the worksheet. If you're using our Google Sheet Template, all of the field names should match.
