Connect Userback with Wrike

Wrike is an easy-to-use digital work management tool for streamlining the internal project management and collaboration processes between team members. When you connect Userback with Wrike, we send annotated screenshots as new tasks in Wrike every time a bug report or feedback is created with Userback. Centralize your feedback and keep designers, developers and project managers on the same page.

1. Connect a Userback Project to Wrike

Open Integrations inside your project settings, Find Wrike in the list of integrations, Select Connect from the menu to the right, and then follow the prompts to authorize Userback & Wrike.

2. Configure your integration settings

2a. Configure your integration settings for Wrike. Choose the Space, Folder/Project, and, Importance in Wrike.

2b. Choose whether you'd like feedback to be submitted manually or if it should be sent automatically to Wrike; you can filter it by Feedback type too!

3. Test your integration

Lastly, use the Test option to send dummy Feedback directly to Teamwork. Make sure it goes into the proper Space and Project.

Once confirmed, congratulations, you're finished! 🎉
