The browser extension lets you capture and submit feedback from any site, even one that doesn't have the Userback widget installed. It's a good fit for internal teams or for testing complex apps where you don't want a public-facing widget.
Install the extension
Click your browser below to install from its store:
These open your browser's own extension store outside the Userback app. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
Connect the extension
Once installed, you need to authenticate it one of two ways:
With your Userback account. If you're already a member of the workspace, log in with your normal Userback credentials.
With an Extension Key. If you want someone to submit feedback through the extension without adding them as a full workspace member, create an Extension Key instead. Go to Workspace Settings > Extension Key, click + Create, choose a site and a label, then click Create. Share the resulting key with that person.
The extension doesn't support session replay, console logs, network requests, event tracking, or the JavaScript SDK. Those all require the installed widget.
