How to Report Bugs in Userback

Step 1: Navigate to Report a bug

Log into Userback and select "Report a bug" from the "Help" menu.

Step 2: Detail the Bug Thoroughly

To help us understand and resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Summary: Briefly describe the problem you're facing.
  • Expected vs Actual Results: Clarify what should happen versus what actually occurs.
  • Screenshot or Recording: Outline visually the problem you're experiencing.

Step 3: Submit Your Report

Once completed, send your report for review.

How long will it take?

You can monitor your report's status via an email link. Updates will be sent once the issue is resolved. We aim to address all bugs with immediate attention and empathy.
