Creating Projects

A Project allows you to organise your Userback account and your workflow by separating your user feedback.

There are many reasons why you might need or want to separate your work into different Projects, from dividing the focus of your multi-disciplinary team, working on different clients' projects or you might collect feedback on several web pages.

Whatever your reason, multiple projects allow you to organise your workflow, set individual scheduling and manage your scope of work efficiently.

Each Project will have its own Widget that you can customise for your use case, if you use the browser extension you can still allocate which project feedback is sent to, by using the domain restrictions.

Create a new project

  1. Click the Project side menu

  2. On the Popup menu Click 'View all Projects'

  3. Click '+ create project'

Project Settings

  1. Type in your Project Name

  2. Type in your Project URL

  3. Remove or Add feedback categories

  4. Toggle on and off email notifications for all Users

  5. Remove or Add User access to this specific Project

  6. Click Create Project

⭐ You can change these settings at any time

Your project is now ready! The next step is to set it up for collecting feedback, this can be done with either the Widget or Browser Extension.
