Your Userback account is organised by projects. You can create multiple projects for collecting feedback on multiple web pages.
If you’re using a browser extension, you can specify which projects feedback is sent to and from specific pages.
How to create a new project
1. From the projects drop down select 'View all Projects'
Click the Create project button on the left.
2. Follow the prompts to add your project by giving your project a name and its URL (for your reference), select relevant categories for workflow and any users you wish to have access to this project.
Optionally select the type of feedback you're collecting and Userback will preconfigure a widget for you with the typical settings for that type of feedback.
Click Create Project and add your project.
Your project will have its own widget and extension settings. You'll automatically be directed to the Widget menu with the Widget Code visible, ready for you to add it to your site.
