Creating Projects

Userback offers a powerful Project Management feature that allows you to organize your user feedback and streamline your workflow. By separating your work into different Projects, you can efficiently manage various aspects of your feedback collection, whether it's dividing focus among teams, working on different client projects, or gathering feedback on multiple web pages.

This guide will walk you through the process of creating and managing projects in Userback, providing you with the flexibility and control to tailor your feedback management according to your specific needs.

How to Create a Project

This guide will walk you through the process of creating and managing projects:

  1. Create a new project: Open the Project page in Userback and look for the "New project" button located on the top right-hand side of the page.

     

  2. Configure project settings: Enter your desired Project Name and provide the Project URL. Customize feedback categories by adding or removing them according to your requirements. Toggle email notifications on or off for all users as needed and finally select which workspace members to add.

  3. Set up feedback collection: Your project is now ready to collect feedback. You can choose between two methods: using the Widget or the Browser Extension. Choose the method that suits your needs and proceed with the configuration.
