That being said, we understand that sometimes canceling is the best option. If you still wish to cancel your subscription, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
How to Close Your Userback Workspace
Please be aware that you will lose access to it and all the data stored in it will be permanently deleted, you may wish to save any useful data like feedback or invoices.
To proceed with closing your workspace, please follow these steps:
Go to Workspace Settings: You can access Workspace Settings by clicking on your profile photo on the bottom left-hand side of the screen while logged into Userback.
Click on Delete Workspace: This button is located at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm the deletion before proceeding.
Leave feedback: Before deleting your workspace, you will be prompted to leave feedback about why you're canceling. We value your feedback and it will help us to improve Userback for our future users.
Confirm the deletion: Once you have left feedback, you'll be prompted to confirm the deletion of your workspace by clicking on "Yes, Delete."
How to save your Feedback and Invoices
You will no longer be able to access your account. Therefore, it is important to save any feedback or invoices that you may need before deleting your workspace.
To save Feedback: Go to the Feedback section and copy the feedback you'd like to save. If you're on the Company Plan or higher you can export feedback to CSV.
To download invoices: Go to Billing section in Workspace Settings and you will see the option to download invoices there.
That's all there is to it! If you've completed the above, your workspace will now be closed.
