How to Delete Your Workspace
To proceed with cancelling your Userback subscription and deleting your Userback Workspace, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Workspace Settings
- Navigate to the Billing section and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Find the 'Danger Zone' which contains the Delete Workspace button.
- Before confirming deletion, please provide feedback on why you're canceling. Your input is valuable and will help us improve Userback for future users. After leaving feedback, click "Yes, Delete" to confirm the deletion of your Workspace.

How do I export feedback from projects?
If you're on the Company Plan and above, you'll be able to export project feedback data via CSV. Alternatively we recommend sending in bulk to an integration using the bulk feedback option, you can find more information here.
How do I export my Invoices from my workspace?
Go to the Billing section in Workspace Settings and you will see your invoices, you can save the invoices by opening each one and using the print to pdf option or by using CTRL+S to save the page.
Can I just pause my subscription?
