How to use Widget Templates:

Using a Widget Template in Userback can be done from two distinct locations:
  1. When Creating a Project: As you create a new project, you'll be presented with a list of available Templates. Simply browse through the list and select the one that best fits your needs.
  2. From the Edit Widget Page: If you want to choose a template for an existing widget, navigate to the Edit Widget page and look for the Templates button. Clicking on this button will allow you to choose from the available templates.

What Happens to My Existing Widget on the Edit Widget Page?

If you select a new template while in the Edit Widget page, a warning message will be displayed, but it is best to double-check and ensure that you want to apply the new template, as the original will be replaced.

Can I Copy a Widget from an Existing Project?

The most efficient way to use a widget from an existing project is to copy the entire project itself. This can be done from the Projects page. Please refer to Copying Projects for more information and instructions.
